AJI DE GALLINA
Within Peruvian gastronomy we have many delicious dishes recognized worldwide for their quality and flavor, there is no doubt about that, however, I consider that the best Peruvian dish, the most delicious, is the aji de gallina.
This great national dish is similar to a cream that is made with biscuits, sometimes bread, aji mirasol, which is what gives the special color and flavor to this food, and of course the previously cooked shredded chicken with lauler leaves and celery. This dish can be accompanied by white rice, boiled potato, boiled egg and black olives.
There is no other place in the world where a better aji de gallina is prepared than in Peru.

MY EATING HABITS
Hi, I´m Jose. I´m from Iquitos, Peru and today i´ll tell you what are my eating habits.
In the mornings, for breakfast I usually eat a bread with chicken and papaya juice, I eat that almost every day because there is a small restaurant near my work where I go to buy my breakfast every day, so I practically have the same breakfast Monday to Friday.
At lunch we usually order Menu delivery and what I usually ask for are meals that have chicken and vegetables, I really like chicken with vegetables, or chicken with mushrooms, lomo saltado or chicken saut茅, these are the dishes that I always order.
For dinner it´s somewhat lighter, at home I eat some toast with some yogurt or tea or sometimes an orange juice, but when I didn´t have time to have a good lunch I usually eat an eighth of pollo a la brasa
