 AJI DE GALLINA  Within Peruvian gastronomy we have many delicious dishes recognized worldwide for their quality and flavor, there is no doubt about that, however, I consider that the best Peruvian dish, the most delicious, is the aji de gallina. This great national dish is similar to a cream that is made with biscuits, sometimes bread, aji mirasol, which is what gives the special color and flavor to this food, and of course the previously cooked shredded chicken with lauler leaves and celery. This dish can be accompanied by white rice, boiled potato, boiled egg and black olives . There is no other place in the world where a better aji de gallina is prepared than in Peru. My favorite Restaurant 🍝🦞🦑🍸

  The place where I love to eat is called: "EL NUEVO SABOR MONSEFUANO" This restaurant is located on  #274 San Juan de Miraflores street , in  Anita Cabrera Human settlement, near the IIAP, on  Quiñonez Avenue. I consider this my favorite restaurant, because it really offers a variety of dishes to choose,  from pastas, regional food, coastal food, to all kinds of seafood. the atmosphere is quite comfortable, it´s fresh and cozy, the staff that attends is very friendly and quite attentive. here are some dishes that you can taste in "El nuevo Sabor Monsefuano": What I like about the restaurant is that it is very easy to get there, it is very close to the Anita Cabrera square and it also serves in the afternoon and at night, so you can not only go to lunch, you can also go to dinner when you leave the work, college classes or with friends.  I really like spending time with my family and friends I love Sundays because I can spend time with my family playing various board games or doing karaoke together I usually win in tutifruti 🤷‍♀️👌😂🥇🏆 But if someone asks me what I am passionate about, I would say that music, I love singing and in some not so distant future I would like to have a musical career

My routine ⚡

 My weekday routine is almost the same, I wake up very early in the morning and get ready and have breakfast to go to work. I work in a Municipality, the Provincial Municipality of Putumayo, from 8 in the morning to 4 in the afternoon. THEY ARE MY COWORKERS FROM THE MUNICIPALITY That´s the place where i work, It´s on Nauta Street Block 3 Then when I return home I go directly to connect to virtual classes at the university, which are normally from 6 in the afternoon until 11 pm. On the weekends, on the contrary, I wake up quite late and try to spend more time with my family and friends.

My neighborhood! 🏠

I live in the Participacion avenue block V lot 3, in the district of San Juan Bautista. I don't have many friends in my neighborhood because I don't usually go out of the house much. I consider that the negative of living on a main avenue is that there is always a lot of noise from vehicles and that is sometimes a bit annoying As you can see, my house is on the main avenue and many times the traffic is very annoying due to the noise that is generated

My family

Well, now you will meet the members of my family. My dad's name is Liborio, and he is 60 years old, he currently lives far from home, but we always have a very close contact That picture was on 2014  ❤😍 My mom´s name is Marna, she is 59 years old and she is housewife. She  is the most witty and a very funny mom. I really love her so much  There have been about 5 months in which I had to be away from my mother, she went to Lima on a vacation trip and unfortunately the quarantine forced her to stay there, I missed her a lot, however we made video calls very constantly I've been living with my mom, my brother, my sister-in-law and her daughter for 5 years now, we have a pretty strong relationship and I feel like sometimes I have two dads and two moms and a younger sister, that´s really funny, It's fun because every Sunday we take the time to spend the day as a family, going out to eat in the street and at night playing board games .
